Called to order at 7:00 P.M. by President Chastain:

Minutes read by all via the internet, motion to except without being read at meeting, made by Keith, 2nd by Jerry, motion carried.
Pres. Emmett asked that for the sack of the Secretary and the recorder that only one person speak at a time. (Thanks Pres.)
Treasury Report read by Lynda. Beginning balance $4,328.01and a useable amount of $3,828.01 minus the $500.00 scholarship funds. No bills at this time. Stated she was in contact with KMMT and asked about the $1,000.00 sent and in speaking to their representative she requested invoices and information on the account and as of this time she had not heard from them. Ed asked if she asked about the check they say we paid of $106.00 when in fact the check was $1,000.00. Lynda said yes, she was told that was part of the apportionment. That the amount was broken up month by month. That it was $3.00 for 30 seconds advertisement 3 or 4 times a day. Lynda requested all the invoices for her to go over to make sense for her end of the job. Motion to approve the treasure report, 2nd by Jerry, motion carried.
Old business;
2nd Reading of the changes of By Laws; was approved.
Ed asked Emmett if he got the tentative schedule to the SNDC people. He said yes, and they are taking it to the meeting in Reno. They will work on at their meeting.
Emmett requested locks be put on the top of the fuel tank, Ed will ask a rep from Rebel if we can do that.
Was discussion on the winners for the race we owe trophy’s on.
There was decision on the blade. Valve body is ok. Next thing to check is the pump.
Emmett thanked everyone for the help so far, and commented on how smooth everything was going at this time, that it means a lot.
Letters were written and sent out to venders telling who the new signers on the accounts are.
The group voted to give Lani Ross a season pass, for the use of his wrecker.
Talk was about getting volunteers to work at the track.
Emmett spoke to Mr. Besta the Insurance agent and requested that all board members be able to obtain any and all information pertaining to the Assoc.
Agent said no problem.
Gary and Ed want to talk to him about turn 1.
Gary asked Lynda if the membership list had home numbers on it, she said no. She is working on getting them.
We talked about advertisers who paid and who traded for merchandise.
General discussion was on posters for racing schedule being sent out to all business.
Emmett talked about getting bumper stickers and pens as advertisement for track. Ed said he will order them when the vender calls.
Request made for buying tee-shirts to sell at the track.
Gary read the 1st reading of the changes in the track rules.
Pappy would like to see a sign posted at the track letting the drivers know that during hot laps you are testing your car out not racing.
Motion to accept track rules 1st reading made by Ed 2nd by Keith.
Set time and place for building class rules. Meeting will be held at Ed’s house at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, November 30, 2009.
Emmett announced that since Bylaws were done the meeting would be held on Wednesday nights from now on.
Ed showed and distributed new letter head for race assoc.
