         Call to order at 7:01 by President Chastain:

Minutes read by Secretary, motion to approve by R.J. Gillum, 2^nd by Ed Stidham, no discussion. Vote carried.

Treasure Report read by Treasure $4,328.01 balance, $500 Collage fund, Total usable amount $3,653.01, a bill for $175 was approved for payment. Motion to approve by Gary Beal, 2^nd by Ed Stidham, motion carried.

Old Business:

 Trophies ordered will be here next week.

 Emmett is holding a check to Fred White that needs to be voided out and reissued due to new signers on checking account.

Linda contacted Radio Station in Mammoth and requested copies of billing again and she was told that they have sent her the billing but she hasn’t gotten it as of yet. She has sent a letter requesting the information. Gary Beal asked if she kept a copy of the letter she sent she stated, “Yes”. Linda also stated she has the papers for nonprofit status that she is filling out, but she can’t send them in until a teleconference with the I.R.S...  There is a user fee of $300.00 that will have to go in with the application. Ed made a motion for Lynda to be able t write and send the check when needed. Gary Beall 2^nd, vote carried. R.J. talked about different tax form numbers.

Emmett talked to Rebel about fuel tank at track and they said that they thought it was a flip top lid. If that were the case it wouldn't be a problem to lock. Ed said it was not a flip top but a screw on so now we need the size to fabricate a locking cap.

2^nd reading of track rules was read by Gary Beall. Motion to approve 2^nd reading of the track rules made by Byran, 2^nd by Chris no discussion vote carried.

Gary asked for the season pass for Lani Ross, as Lani was due up the week end of 12/06/09. The pass was issued for two people as Lani is unable to drive himself.

New business:

First reading of the Class rules, Mini Stock, Bomber and Street Stock.

Ed Stidham read first reading of Mini Stocks. Motion to approve reading by Gary Beal, 2^nd by Chris Patton, no questions vote was approved.

Ed Stidham read First reading for Bombers. Motion to accept first reading by Keith Beall, 2^nd by R.J… Discussion made by Dustin. Motion vote and carried.

Ed Stidham read First reading of Street Stock rules. Motion to accept 1^st reading by 2^nd by Keith Beall. Discussion by vote on motion carried.

1st reading on Pro Stock. Motion to accept as they are this is the first reading made by Gary Beall, 2^nd by Dustin all in favor, vote carried.

Steve Stringer said he would take Fred Whites trophy and check to him in Pahrump as soon as we get it ready. He goes down there often.

R.J. asked about the Dwarf and Mini Sprint rules. He was told they are their own organization we only tech them for safety.

Yellow Pages bought by Tim Barns not to be purchased. Motion by Gary Beall to deny billing, 2^nd by Ed Stidham, no discussion. Vote carried.
