Minutes read Emmitt, motion to accept Chris, 2^nd by Bryan motion carried.

Treasure report read by Lynda. I have bills to pay, starting balance $4,153.01. The bills to pay are Janda Ribbons $78.82, Renewal Journal $54.00, Scolari’s $84.16, and Beko & Barnes $7.59. I attached bills to balance sheet. Stated explanation for Scolari’s was for things for the banquet and charcoal, Beko and Barnes was for tape the bill balance is $224.57, ending balance is $3,928.44, minus $500.00 restricted making usable balance of $3,428.44.

I spoke again with KMMT and sent the $1,000.00 check in June and she shows how they applied all the payments. Here is a payment for $201.00, $45.00, $210.00, $240.00, and $106.00. Discussion was on just exactly what the ending balance we owe. Emmitt suggested we allow Lynda this week to figure out to the penny the amount we owe and come back next Wednesday with the total before we pay the bill. Everyone agreed. Motion to pay bills with the exception of the radio station made by Ray, 2^nd by Byron, motion carried.

Old business: Building rules, Ed and Kay missing due to job obligation. Ed gave changes to Gary; he will read just the changes for Mini Stock. Motion to accept 2^nd reading made by Keith, 2^nd by Byron, motion carried.

Bomber rules 2^nd reading. Motion to accept rules 2^nd reading made by Chris, 2^nd by Byron, accepted.

Street Stock rules 2^nd reading. Motion to accept the rules, was made by Keith, 2^nd by Byron. Discussion made by Steve (I think) in regards to weight jacks. Tec will make final decision in regards to weight jacks with nail polish to check. All in favor one opposed by Steve, motion passed.

Talk of putting sticker on car after Tec has seen car.

Trophies were received for the June 27, 2009 Trophy Dash Race, Pro-Fred, Street -Matt, Bomber-Jordan, Mini-Dylan. Dylan received his trophy the others to be given when the recipients are seen.

Discussion on the repair of the blade. The problem was not the valve. Now the need is to check the piston pump.

Motion to give John Richardson two season passes, in thanks for all the work he has already done on the blade,for the race track. Vote all yea, carried.

Weight Jacks one time race. Gary will look up the term to use.

Cameras to be put up: Discussion brought up by Dylan. Information given for setup was wrong so only got one. Ed was to get antenna to match radio. _____ will talk to Terry Payne.

Lights on pit entrance: Talk of Solar power lights for that area. Pole and power: Needs to be spoken under new business.

New business:

Convex boxes: Can we rent to own. Talk to Joey about rent to own. Jerry will talk and get back with us next week.

Talk was to burn the convex box that is there. Get the Prisoners to disassemble the box.

 R.J. was to talk to someone about the paint.

The next meeting will be on the 16^th of December. Then the meetings will be every other week starting the 2^nd and 4^th    week of January.
